Shipping policy

United States Shipping

Maison J Luxe offers free standard shipping within the United States on regular-priced physical products, excluding items from the Perfectly Imperfect collection.

Perfectly Imperfect Collection Shipping

Shipping charges for Perfectly Imperfect collection purchases within the United States are based on the combined shipping weight of the items, not the number of items ordered:

  • Up to 2 lb: $4.99

  • Over 2 lb through 5 lb: $6.99

  • Over 5 lb: $8.99

The applicable shipping charge is displayed at checkout.

If an order combines regular-priced and Perfectly Imperfect products, the shipping rate shown at checkout applies.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for shipping charges, which are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Customers may also be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their destination country.

Processing and Delivery

Many Maison J Luxe products are individually 3D printed.

Processing and delivery estimates are shown at checkout or in the order confirmation where available.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
