Refund policy

Returns — 14 Days

Maison J Luxe accepts returns of eligible regular-priced physical items when you contact us within 14 calendar days after delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and securely packaged for return. Email hello@maisonjluxe.com to request return approval and instructions before shipping an item back.

Customers are responsible for purchasing and paying for their own return shipping labels. Prepaid labels are not provided for standard returns.

Perfectly Imperfect Collection — Final Sale

All Perfectly Imperfect collection items are final sale. No returns or refunds are accepted for disclosed cosmetic blemishes or other disclosed conditions, except where required by law.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us promptly with your order details and photos so we can review and resolve the issue.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider.

Digital Downloads

Digital downloads are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law.

Nothing in this policy limits applicable consumer protection rights.
