Products and Orders

We offer decorative and functional products, including individually 3D-printed items, and may offer digital design files. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, sizes, prices, and availability. Minor layer lines, texture, and surface variations are normal characteristics of 3D printing. Colors may vary slightly depending on lighting and screen settings.

We may correct listing errors, limit quantities, or cancel orders when necessary, and will issue any refund required for an order we cannot fulfill.

Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, and other costs will be shown during checkout where required.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping and returns are governed by our posted Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, subject to applicable law. Perfectly Imperfect items are sold with disclosed cosmetic blemishes and are final sale except where required by law.

Product Safety

Products made from PLA plastic should be kept away from high heat and open flames. Candle holders identified for LED tea lights are intended for battery-operated flameless LED lights only, not burning candles or hot wax. Follow the care and safety instructions on each listing.

Digital Products

Unless a listing expressly provides otherwise, purchasing a digital design file grants the purchaser a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the file. The digital file itself may not be resold, redistributed, shared, or represented as the purchaser's original design. Any additional commercial-use permissions must be stated in the specific listing.

Product photography, descriptions, designs, and other website content are owned by Maison J Luxe or used with permission. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited to the extent permitted by law.
